Wheat flour – 2 cups
Sev – 2 cups
Onion finely chopped – 1
Chopped green chilli – 1 teaspoon
Chopped green coriander – 2 tablespoons
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Mango powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Oil as required
Salt – to taste

How to make Sev Paratha
To make delicious Indori style Sev Paratha, first take wheat flour in a bowl and add one spoon oil and a pinch of salt and mix well. – Now add water little by little and knead soft dough. – After this, cover the dough and keep it aside for some time. – Meanwhile, finely chop onion, green chilli, green coriander leaves.
