Recently he got injured in a domestic tournament but now that he has been selected in the team, he is completely fit. Many young players have got a chance in Team India, one name of which is fast bowler Mayank Yadav, who came into limelight by bowling at a speed of 150 in IPL 2024. Apart from this, Nitish Rana has got a chance. Not only this, explosive batsman Abhishek Sharma Has also returned to the T20 team.

Abhishek Sharma had made his debut against Zimbabwe and scored a stormy century in his second match but then he did not get a chance in the T20 series for Sri Lanka but now he has returned again. Sanju Samson and Jitesh Sharma have been selected as wicketkeeper batsmen for the T20 series. Rishabh Pant has been rested from this series.
