Goa Aloo Bhaji Ingredients
- 3 potatoes
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 6-7 curry leaves
- 2 green chillies
- 2-3 cloves of garlic A pinch of asafoetida
- salt as per taste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric coriander
- water as required
- Garnish 1/4 tsp sugar 1 tbsp oil
How to make Govan Aloo Bhaji
- 1. First of all wash and boil the potatoes. Once done, cut it into bite-sized cubes
- .2. Now heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida and green chillies.
- 3. Once done, add chopped potatoes, garlic and spices (salt, sugar and turmeric powder) and mix well.
- Cook for 4.3 to 4 minutes. Do not mash the potato cubes
- 5. Add some water to make gravy. (Make sure to add it slowly.) Stir well, cover and cook for about 4-5 minutes
- .6. Once the vegetables are cooked, garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot!
