Ingredients to make Poha Dosa

  • Poha – 1 cup

  • Rice – 1 cup

  • Urad dal – 1/3 cup

  • Baking soda – 1 pinch

  • Oil – as per requirement

  • Salt – as per taste

How to make Poha Dosa

  • To make Poha Dosa, take one cup poha, one cup curd and half cup semolina.
  • First of all, put poha and soji in a big bowl and add water and let it submerge completely and keep it for 10 minutes.
  • After this, prepare a paste by adding the mixture and water in the mixer grinder.
  • Take out the prepared paste in a bowl, then add curd and salt as per taste and mix.
  • Now take a nonstick pan and heat it. Spread some oil on it.
  • After this, take the prepared solution in a bowl and spread it on the pan.
  • Now let the dosa cook for some time, then turn it and apply oil on the upper layer.
  • When the dosa becomes light golden, take it out in a plate and serve.
