Hindustan defeated DFC

New Delhi, October 17 (IANS). Hindustan Football Club created a stir by beating Delhi Football Club 4-1 at the Ambedkar Stadium ground here on Thursday in a one-sided match of DSA Premier League.

In the match played at Ambedkar Stadium, Hindustan played its best match of the league and defeated the famous DFC in every aspect of the game. Thangmin Lane Misao, Kumam Ronaldo Singh, Mohammad Asif Khulipham and Seminao Vaifi (Tyson) scored the goals for the winner. Sanchit scored the only goal of the defeated team.

Delhi FC is a big name in club football, but the attitude of the Indian players, who had performed mediocrely in the previous matches, appeared to have completely changed today. Due to excellent moves and accurate shooting, the winning team did not allow the opponent to make a single move. The second goal scored on a free kick by man of the match captain Ronaldo was brilliant and the team work in the remaining goals was worth seeing. After the coordination of Lal Rosanga and Asif, Misao opened the account of Hindustan. After Ronaldo's powerful free kick, Asif scored the third goal and Vaifi scored the fourth goal. Although Sanchit scored for DFC two minutes before the long whistle, it was too late.

DFC team management blamed the absence of some regular players as the reason for the big defeat but the winning team, after gaining control of the game, made the opponent dance to their tune and even scored goals. DFC could ultimately score only one goal. The winning team has scored six points and DFC has scored eight points in five matches.
