• To make Maggi Samosa, first prepare the dough. For this, mix flour, salt, celery and oil together.
• Now add water little by little and knead the dough for 5 minutes.
• Your dough should be smooth and soft. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
• Now put Maggi noodles in water and boil it. No need to add anything else. Let the noodles cool slightly.
• Now add another bowl of boiled Maggi, potatoes, chopped onion, green chilli, coriander, red chilli powder, Maggi masala powder and salt and mix. The filling for your samosas is ready.
• If you are making it for children then you can adjust the spices by not adding green chillies in it.
• Now knead the dough once again until it becomes soft. Now take some flour and break the dough.
• Take a ball of dough and flatten it slightly by pressing it between your palms. Place it on a baking sheet and shape into a round of approximately 5-6 inches diameter. Now cut it into two semi-round shapes.
• Now spread water on the cut edge with a wet finger. Press it well from both the sides to seal the folded edges.
• Add 2-3 tbsp of filling into the prepared cone.
• Be careful not to overfill the stuffing, otherwise it will not set properly.
• Wet the edges with a wet finger and press firmly with your thumb and forefinger to seal them.
• Now make all the remaining samosas in the same manner. Now heat oil in a pan.
• When the oil becomes hot, add prepared samosas into it and fry well.
• Your Maggi Noodle Samosa is ready. Serve it with chutney or ketchup.
