Ingredients to make Paneer Butter Masala
-4 tbsp butter

-1 tbsp oil

-2 to 3 cloves

-1 large cardamom

-2 to 3 green cardamoms

-¼ cup chopped onion

-1 cup chopped tomatoes

-1 inch chopped fresh ginger piece

-6 garlic cloves (peeled and chopped)

-2 green chillies cut in half

-25 whole cashew nuts

-2 teaspoon coriander powder

-½ teaspoon turmeric powder

-2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder

-¼ cup tomato puree

-2 tbsp tomato ketchup

-1 teaspoon salt

-500 grams paneer cut into cubes

-½ tsp garam masala powder

-¼ cup cream

-2 teaspoon honey

-2 tbsp Kasoori Methi

How to make Paneer Butter Masala
To make Paneer Butter Masala, first of all heat 1 tablespoon butter and oil in a large pan on medium high flame. After this, when the butter becomes hot, add cloves, black cardamom and green cardamom and fry for 3-4 seconds. Now add onion to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes until it turns light pink. Now add tomato, ginger, garlic and green chillies in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Keep stirring everything frequently until the tomatoes become soft. Now add cashews to the pan and cook for one more minute. Remove the pan from the flame and let the mixture cool completely. Make a paste by putting the cooled mixture in a blender with ¼ cup water.
