It is very easy to make these and children as well as adults like them very much. So you can also make Veggie Paneer Sandwich with this easy recipe and enjoy the taste of these sandwiches with your family.

Gram flour – 1 cup (120 grams)
Maida – Refined flour – 6 tbsp (50 grams)
Salt – Salt – a little less than 1/2 tsp
Red chilli – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves – Coriander Leaves
Bread – Bread – 4 slices
Pizza Sauce – Pizza Sauce – 1 tbsp
Green Chutney – 1 tbsp
Capsicum – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
Paneer – piece of cheese

Add 1 cup gram flour and 6 tablespoons flour in a bowl and make a smooth batter by adding some water. When it becomes a thick paste, add a little less than 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon red chili and 1-2 tablespoons green coriander. Mix them well, the batter will be ready.- Heat a pan on low flame. Put some butter on it and spread it on the pan. Now dip a piece of bread in the batter and wrap it. Place it on the pan and wrap the other piece in the same way and place it on the pan. Cover the pan and fry them on low-medium flame for 3 minutes. After the time is over, apply butter on them and turn them and spread pizza sauce on one slice and tomato sauce or green chutney on the other slice. – Then spread finely chopped capsicum with pizza sauce on the slices. – Then place the cheese slice on the capsicum doli slice and cover it with the second bread slice. Press the sandwich lightly in the middle and cover it until it turns golden from both the sides. Then take it off and cook the rest of the sandwiches in the same way. In this way the veggie paneer sandwich will be ready. Cut these into portions and serve with your favorite dip and enjoy the taste with your family.
