  • Boiled corn – 1 cup
  • Flour – 1 cup
  • Onion – 1
  • Gram flour – 2 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Green chilli paste – 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin – 1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander chopped – 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil – as per requirement
  • Salt – as per taste

Sweet Corn Paratha Recipe

  • To make delicious and nutritious corn paratha, first fry it and grate it so that all the pulp is removed.
  • Now put flour in a big bowl and add sweet corn pulp to it and mix both well.
  • After this, finely chop green chillies and green coriander and put them in a bowl and mix.
  • Then add celery and salt as per taste and knead the dough by adding water little by little.
  • Keep in mind that the dough should be a little hard.
  • After kneading the dough, cover it and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes. Due to this the dough will rise and set.
  • When the dough is ready, apply a little oil to it and knead it again.
  • Now take a dough and roll it in the shape of paratha.
  • After this, heat a non-stick pan on medium flame. When the pan is hot, spread some oil on it.
  • Now put the Bela Paratha on the pan and let it cook for a minute.
  • After this, apply some oil on the edges of the paratha and turn the paratha.
  • After this, apply oil on the paratha and fry the paratha from both the sides till it becomes golden brown and crisp.
