Material

  • 2 packets- Maggi
  • 1/2 cup- Paneer (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 spoon tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon green peas
  • 1 teaspoon onion (chopped)
  • 1 spoon- Tomato (chopped)
  • 1- Maggi Masala
  • 1 teaspoon green coriander (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 spoons- pomegranate

method of making

  • To make Paneer Maggi Bhel, first take out the Maggi from the Maggi packet and keep the Maggi masala aside.
  • Now finely chop all the ingredients like cheese, tomato, onion and keep aside.
  • Now cut or break Maggi into pieces. Then add one spoon oil, ghee in a pan and fry the Maggi till it turns brown.
  • If you want, you can also add 3 spoons of water in it. When Maggi is roasted well, take it out in a bowl.
  • Then add all the things like cheese, onion, chaat masala, tomato sauce etc. and mix well.
  • Your Paneer Maggi Bhel is ready in just 5 minutes. Now sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top and serve.
