To make Achari Aloo Tikka you need-
10 to 15 small potatoes, boiled and peeled

1 medium sized onion

1 medium sized capsicum

1/4 cup hung curd

One and a half teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

one and a half spoon roasted gram flour

one teaspoon chaat masala

one teaspoon red chili powder

one teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

salt as per taste

One teaspoon Kasoori Fenugreek powder

2.5 teaspoon mixed pickle paste

one tablespoon mustard oil

butter for frying

How to make Achari Aloo Tikka
To make Achari Aloo Tikka, take curd in a bowl and add ginger-garlic paste, roasted gram flour, salt, chaat masala powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, dry fenugreek powder, mixed pickle paste and mustard seeds. Add oil and beat well. Add potatoes, onion sets, capsicum to this paste and mix well. Keep aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Then put the potato, capsicum piece and onion piece on a toothpick. Now apply butter in the grilling pan and then cook it. Cook it from all sides for 15-20 minutes. Then brush with butter. Burn cinnamon to give it a smoky flavor and then place a bowl in the pan, add cinnamon in it and then add ghee and cover it. Now put in a serving plate, garnish with green coriander and serve hot with green chutney.
