Ingredients to make White Gravy Paneer
- Paneer pieces – 1 cup
- Chopped onion – 1 cup
- Cashew pieces – 1 tablespoon
- Curd – 3/4 cup
- Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
- Dry red chilli – 1
- Desi ghee – 1 tablespoon
- Cardamom – 2-3
- Cloves – 2
- Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
- Chopped green chilli – 2 tsp
- Green Coriander – 1/4 cup
- Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Bay leaf – 1
- Sugar – 1/2 tsp
- Salt
White Gravy Paneer Recipe
- First of all marinate the paneer. For this, after washing the cheese in hot water, apply lemon, ginger-garlic paste and keep it aside.
- Apply it thoroughly on all the cheese pieces.
- Now add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, soaked cashew nuts, ginger garlic paste in a mixer jar and grind it in a little water and make a paste.
- Take a bowl and beat curd in it. Then add fresh cream to it and mix it with curd. Also add salt, black pepper, kasoori methi, chaat masala, garam masala, cumin powder.
- After mixing well, add cheese pieces to it. Now cook the paneer in a griller or on a nonstick pan.
- After one side is cooked, turn the paneer and wait until a mark is formed. Then take it out. Now heat butter in a pan. Add bay leaves, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and ginger in it.
- When it is roasted, add cashew paste to it and fry. Lower the flame to roast.
- Add cheese and cook everything. Just add green coriander on top and serve hot.
