Music director Sachin Dev Burman was born on 1 October 1906 into the royal family of Tripura. His father MRN Dev was a well-known sitar player and dhrupad. Let us tell you that SD Burman's father was the son of the Maharaja of Tripura. His mother Nirmala Devi was the princess of Manipur. But despite this, Eddie Burman lived a very simple life. After completing his studies from Calcutta University, the musician joined Kolkata Radio Station as a singer in 1932.
