To make Semolina Pinni you will need
a spoonful of almonds

one spoon cashew nuts

half cup dried dates

½ cup dry coconut, shredded

a cup of ghee

1/4 cup gram flour

1 1/2 cups semolina

3 tbsp gum

2 tbsp raisins

2 tbsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp poppy seeds

half teaspoon ginger powder

half teaspoon cardamom powder

How to make semolina pinni
First of all, heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a heavy bottom pan and then fry almonds, cashew nuts and dates in it. Then fry the dry coconut well. Then cool completely and grind coarsely in a mixer jar. Now heat some ghee again and fry the gram flour until it turns golden brown. Fry semolina along with it. Keep in mind that keep frying it on low flame until the flour becomes aromatic and golden brown. After this, add gum in ghee and fry till the gum swells. Apart from this, add raisins and fry well. Now fry the khoya also till it turns golden. Now mix everything together. Also add sesame seeds, poppy seeds, ginger powder, cardamom powder and prepared dry fruit powder to it. Mix everything well. Now take a little mix and then prepare pinni. After preparing all the pinni. Enjoy Pinni by storing it in an airtight container.
