Ingredients for making gram flour laddus
-2 cups gram flour
-1/2 cup ghee
-¾ cup powdered sugar
-¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
-chopped almonds
-Pistachios chopped
-silver work
How to make gram flour laddus
To make gram flour laddu, first heat ghee in a pan, add almonds and fry till it turns light brown. After this, take out the fried almonds separately in a plate, add gram flour in the same ghee and start frying. Fry the gram flour in ghee for about half an hour on low flame. When the color of the gram flour turns light brown and aroma starts coming from it, turn off the gas and keep the mixture to cool completely. As soon as the laddu mixture cools down, add sugar powder and cardamom powder to it and mix well. Now add finely chopped almonds to this mixture. After mixing everything well, start making laddus from the prepared mixture. To garnish the laddu, apply silver work and pistachios on it. Your tasty gram flour laddus are ready to offer to Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha on Diwali.
