Let us remind you that last month i.e. in October, a discount of up to Rs 1 lakh 60 thousand was available on this SUV, but now the discount has almost doubled. According to reports, the discount depends on the stock of the dealership. Apart from this, the highest discount on Thar is being given on the special edition model Thar Earth Edition. You will get Mahindra Thar in 4×4 and 4×2 options. This SUV has a 2.0 liter turbocharged petrol engine which generates power of 150 bhp. On the other hand, the diesel variant generates power of 130 bhp. Both models will be available in 6 speed manual and automatic transmission options. The 4×2 variant has a 1.5 liter diesel engine which generates power of 116bhp and you will get this model with 6 speed manual gearbox.
