Ingredients required to make Paneer Butter Masala
To make this delicious dish of paneer, apart from paneer and vegetables, you will also need a lot of spices. It includes 250 grams paneer, 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste, 2 teaspoons cashew paste, 3 teaspoons fresh cream, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoon kasoori methi powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder, 1 cup tomato puree. 1/2 tsp ginger. Paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp ghee, salt as required and 1/2 tsp honey will be required. You collect all these things and then start making Paneer Butter Masala.
Easy method to make Paneer Butter Masala
– First of all you have to prepare tomato and cashew chutney. To do this, take a frying pan and add ghee in it and heat it. When the ghee is hot, add ginger garlic paste to it and fry for half a minute. Then add tomato puree. Then add cashew paste, red chili powder and salt. After this, mix everything well and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Now add honey, Kasuri fenugreek powder, butter to this gravy and mix well. Then cook for 2-3 minutes and add paneer pieces. Remember to cut the cheese into cubes and then add it to the sauce. – After adding the cheese to the sauce, mix everything in the pan and coat the cheese pieces well with the sauce. In this way your dish will be almost ready.
After this, add fresh cream and 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala to the sauce of the dish being prepared in the pan. Then cook everything for 2-3 minutes. – Then turn off the gas.
