Ingredients to make Aloo Tikki-
-4 boiled potatoes
– 2 tbsp corn flour
-1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
– 1-2 green chillies
– 2-3 tbsp green coriander
-1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
-1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
-1/4 teaspoon turmeric
-1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli
-2 tbsp mint
-1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder
-frying oil
-salt to taste

Method to make Aloo Tikki-
To make potato tikkis, first grate the boiled potatoes. Now chop green chillies and coriander finely and keep them in a big bowl with grated potatoes. After this, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies to the potatoes and mix well. Add cumin powder, dry mango powder, chaat masala and salt as per taste and mix well. Then add chopped coriander and mint and mix.

Now add 2 tablespoons of corn flour or rice flour to the mixture and mix well with the potatoes. Now apply some oil on your hands and make balls of this mixture and press them with both palms to make tikkis. Similarly, make tikkis from the entire mixture and keep them in a plate. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the potato tikkis. If you want, you can also fry it by keeping it in a pan. – Fry the potato tikkis until they become golden and crisp and take them out in a plate. Your delicious Aloo Tikki is ready. Serve with hot green chutney and tamarind chutney.
