1) Keep this diet on Mondays
According to diet coach Tulsi, your diet plan on Monday should be something like this.

Breakfast (around 10 am) – In this you can eat two brown bread and two boiled eggs.

Lunch (about 1-2 pm) – In lunch you can have a roti, green pea vegetable, salad and a bowl of curd.

Evening Snack (5 o'clock) – In this you can have sweet corn chaat.

Dinner (around 7 to 8 pm) – For dinner you can have grilled chicken breast (150 grams), a bowl of stir fried vegetables.

2) Diet plan for Tuesday
Breakfast- Two Ragi Dosa and half bowl Sambhar

Lunch- Fish curry with brown rice, boiled vegetables and curd.

Evening Snack – Two dates, five almonds

Dinner- One roti, prawn curry and vegetables

3) Keep your meal plan like this on Wednesday
Breakfast- Omelet of two eggs and sautéed vegetables

Lunch – One roti, gram vegetable, salad and buttermilk

Evening Snack – Roasted Makhana

Dinner – A bowl of Moong Dal Khichdi and salad

4) Follow this diet plan on Thursday
Breakfast – A bowl of overnight soaked oats, add chopped fruits to it.

Lunch – Rice (about three-fourth cup), fish curry, salad

Evening Snack – Grilled Paneer

Dinner – One egg omelette, steamed vegetables

5) Diet plan for Friday
Breakfast – Two rice idlis, half bowl sambar

Lunch – One roti, chicken curry (150 grams), half bowl salad

Evening Snack – Peanut Chaat

Dinner – A bowl of chicken soup and steamed broccoli

6) Eat these things on Saturday
Breakfast – Two gram flour cheela and green chutney

Lunch – In lunch you have to eat chicken curry, brown rice and spinach salad.

Evening Snack – Roasted Gram

Dinner – In dinner you can eat a roti, any seasonal vegetable and grilled fish.

7) It is important to follow diet even on Sundays
Breakfast – You can have a chicken vegetable sandwich for breakfast.

Lunch – Have half a bowl of chicken biryani and vegetable salad in lunch.

Evening snack – a cup of milk, tea or coffee

Drink this drink in the morning for fast weight loss
According to diet coach Tulsi Nitin, you should also include a morning drink daily between 7 to 8 am with this diet plan. In this you can drink a glass of warm water mixed with lemon and honey. Apart from this, a glass of cumin water, amla juice, apple cider vinegar or any vegetable juice is also a good option. You can try any one of these weight loss drinks.
