Material

  • Coriander – 1-2 bunches
  • Garlic cloves – 4-5
  • Nigella seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Whole red chilli – 1-2
  • Mustard oil – as required
  • Green chilli – 1-2
  • Salt – as per taste]

1. First of all, add coriander, garlic and green chillies in the mixer and blend it.
2. Then make a smooth paste from this mixture.
3. Pour oil in a pan. Then add nigella seeds and red chilli paste.
4. Now add coriander paste to it.
5. Cook the paste well.
6. When this mixture starts drying and the raw smell present in it goes away, take it out in a plate.
7. Your delicious coriander filling is ready. Serve with hot roti.
