- Potato – 2 potatoes
- Gram flour – 1/2 cup
- Semolina – 2 tbsp
- Celery – 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Green Coriander – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Green chilli – 1-2
- Salt – as per taste

1 To make potato pakodas, first prepare the batter by adding gram flour, semolina, salt and water in a vessel.
2 – After this, cut the potato pieces into round shapes.
3 – Then heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium flame.
4 – As soon as the oil is hot, dip the potato pieces in the batter and keep adding them to the pan.
5 – After it gets cooked golden on one side, turn it and fry the other side also.
6. Your hot potato pakodas are ready.
7 You serve it with chutney or chutney.
