- Paneer pieces – 2 cups
- Onion – 2
- Tomato – 3-4
- Garlic – 3-4 cloves
- Cashews – 2 tbsp
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Bay leaf – 1
- Green chilli – 2
- Ginger – 1/2 inch piece
- Kasuri Methi – 2 tsp
- Cream/Malai – 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon
- Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – as per taste
How to make Paneer Butter Masala
- To make this delicious dish, first take a pan and heat it on gas.
- After this add ghee in it and heat it.
- Then add ginger and garlic paste and fry these ingredients for half a minute.
- Then add tomato puree to it. Mix well and then add cashew paste, red chili powder and salt.
