- Beetroot – 1
- Sugar – spoon
- Curd – 1 cup
- Black salt – a pinch
- Cumin powder – a pinch
- Cardamom powder – a pinch
- Cashew nuts – 4-5
- Honey – as per taste

method of making
- Peel and cut the beetroot, boil it and keep it aside.
- Now add curd, sugar, black salt, cumin powder, cardamom powder and salt and mix well.
- After this, mash the boiled beetroot and add it to the curd mixture and mix well.
