To make fenugreek flour you will need
To make Methi Paratha, you need finely chopped fresh fenugreek, wheat flour, gram flour, finely chopped onion, grated ginger, finely chopped green chilli, asafoetida, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cream, ghee.
Apply dough like this and prepare parathas
To make Methi Paratha, first make the flour. For this, add wheat flour, gram flour, asafoetida, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala in a vessel and mix well. Then add finely chopped fenugreek, finely chopped onion, grated ginger, finely chopped green chillies and cream to the flour. First mix the flour well without water. Then prepare the dough by adding little water. Finally, sprinkle some water on the flour and keep it covered for some time. Then after 15 minutes, take dry flour on your hands and then mash the dough completely and make it uniform. Now take a small ball of dough and then make it a little round. Apply ghee on it and fold it and then roll the paratha. Now roast it with ghee on low flame. Now serve paratha with white butter.
