Material
- 2 cups soaked sago
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 4 green chillies
- black salt as per taste
- a quarter teaspoon cumin
- half lemon
- 1/2 cup coriander
- 1/2 cup coriander
- 1/2 chaat masala
- 3 potatoes boiled
Sabudana Fry Recipe
- Before making fries, soak them in soap for 4-5 hours.
- Put the potatoes in the cooker, boil for 3-4 whistles and peel them.
- Mash the potatoes and keep them in a bowl, take out the soaked sago and add it to the potatoes.
- Add chopped coriander, chilli and black salt as per taste.
- To give better taste to sago, add cumin, ginger and lemon juice to it and mix the mixture well.
- Mix fried potatoes, spices and sago well.
- Now take small balls in your hands and roll them into fry shapes and keep them aside.
- Heat refined oil in a pan for frying.
- When the oil becomes hot, add fries to it and fry it well.
- When golden, remove from oil and serve with chutney or ketchup.
