To make Mushroom Manchurian, corn flour, plain flour, fresh mushrooms, soya sauce, ginger paste, 250 grams (white button mushroom), garlic paste, oil and salt as per taste are required.
How to make Mushroom Manchurian
To make mushrooms, first wash the mushrooms thoroughly in water. After this wipe it. Now cut it into medium size. After this, take flour, cornflour in a bowl and mix it well. Then add ginger-garlic paste to it. Now add soya sauce, salt and 4 tablespoons water and mix well. Take a thick solution and add mushrooms to this solution and mix well.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms in it on medium flame. When it becomes light golden, take out the mushroom from the oil and keep it on a paper napkin, so that its excess oil gets removed. – Now keep a thin surface pan on high flame on the gas. – After this add light oil to it and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add ginger, garlic paste, green chilli and chopped onion and cook on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes. – After this add soya sauce, tomato ketchup and chili sauce. – Now add salt to it and mix well. After this, add fried pieces of mushroom, add green onion and mix well. After this, mix everything and cook it for about 1 to 2 minutes. Now your delicious hot Mushroom Manchurian is ready.
