Cricket News Desk. Indian cricket team's explosive batsman Virender Sehwag may have retired from the game, but his cricketing talent is still discussed even today. When Virender Sehwag came on the field to bat, the bowlers got scared. Fans liked Sehwag's bold style. Now his son Aryaveer is also doing something similar.

Aryaveer is a part of the Under-19 team in Delhi Cricket and is currently playing in the Cooch Behar Trophy. Cooch Behar Trophy is India's prestigious age group tournament and has featured many famous players. In such a situation, now Virender Sehwag's son Aryaveer has made a splash in the Cooch Behar Trophy with his explosive batting like his father.

Aryaveer scored an unbeaten double century

Aryaveer, son of India's explosive batsman Virender Sehwag, scored an unbeaten 200 off 229 balls for Delhi against Meghalaya in the Under-19 Cooch Behar Trophy on Thursday. Aryaveer, who came to open the innings with Arnav Bagga, hit 34 fours and two sixes during his special innings. The way Aryaveer was batting on the field, it seemed as if he was wielding a sword and not a bat. Some of his shots resembled those played by his father Virender Sehwag. This is why it is said about Aryaveer that he is exactly like his father in batting.

Apart from Aryaveer, Bagga played an inning of 114 runs in 108 balls. In reply to Meghalaya's 260 runs, Delhi has scored 468 runs at the loss of two wickets in 81 overs till stumps on the second day. Till the end of the day's play, Aryaveer was batting with Dhanya Nakara. Dhanya is playing after scoring 98 runs. The Cooch Behar Trophy is India's premier multi-day domestic competition for the under-19 age group.
