Last season, Starc had received a record breaking amount of Rs 24.75 crore, but this time the player has been sold for Rs 11.75 crore. Delhi Capitals made Starc their own. Ishan Kishan also had to face defeat in the IPL auction. Kishan was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs 11.25 crore this season. Till last season, Kishan used to get Rs 15.25 crore every season.

Sameer Rizvi, who played for Chennai Super Kings last season, got only Rs 95 lakh this time. Chennai had spent Rs 8.40 crore on Sameer Rizvi last season.
