To make chutney you need
10 to 12 garlic cloves

2 medium sized radishes

1 cup radish leaves

2 tomatoes

4 to 5 green chillies

1 handful green coriander

1 medium size onion

Rye

Salt

chilli powder

Spice

lemon juice

Oil

Make chutney like this
To make chutney, first heat oil in a pan and then fry garlic cloves and tomatoes in it properly. When they are completely roasted, take them out in a plate. Now wash radish and its leaves thoroughly. Then peel the radish and cut it into small pieces. Chop the leaves also finely. Now add chopped coriander, green chilli, onion, radish, leaves, roasted tomato and garlic in a chopper. Chop well until coarsely ground. Then heat oil in the pan and add mustard seeds in it. When the mustard seeds crackle, add salt and chilli powder and then add this chutney. Mix well and let it fry for some time. When everything is roasted well, add chaat masala and lemon juice to it. Take out the chutney in a bowl and then serve it with paratha or dal rice.
