490 players will be auctioned today
Before the auction, 10 teams raised a total of Rs 10 crore. 641.50 crores and today all the franchisees have a total of Rs. Rs 173.55 crore is yet to be spent. 577 players were shortlisted for the auction. In such a situation, 490 players will be seen entering the auction today. However, a total of 204 slots were vacant and 72 players have been sold, so a maximum of 132 players can now be sold.
How many players were sold on the first day?
On the first day of the IPL auction, legends like Devdutt Padikkal, Jonny Bairstow and David Warner did not find any buyers and remained unsold. A total of 84 players were bid on Sunday, out of which the price of 72 players was Rs 467.95 crore, while 12 players were not bought.
