  • Dosa paste – 1 big bowl
  • for filling
  • Boiled potatoes- 3
  • Paneer – 1 small bowl
  • Finely chopped onion- 1
  • Chani Dal – 1 small bowl
  • Dry red chilli – 2
  • Mustard – 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger (chopped into strips) – 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric – 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves – 12-14
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Oil

How to make Paneer Masala Dosa

  • To make this, first take out the dosa paste in a bowl. After this start preparing the stuffing.
  • Now first of all take a pan and heat oil on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add mustard seeds to it.
  • When the mustard seeds start crackling, add dry red chilli. Now when the chillies are roasted well, add onion to it and fry till it turns golden.
  • Meanwhile keep stirring the ladle. After this you also add gram dal in it.
  • After frying for some time, mash the boiled potatoes in it. Then mash the cheese and add it to this mixture.
  • Now after this, mix ginger pieces, red chilli, turmeric and salt well in this mixture.
  • When everything is mixed well, add curry leaves and salt and fry well for about 5 minutes.
  • In this way your dosa masala will be ready.
  • After this, take a nonstick pan and keep it on medium flame.
  • After heating, pour the dosa batter and spread it in a round shape like cheela.
  • When the lower surface of the dosa is cooked well, pour oil around it and then turn the dosa.
  • After baking the other way, turn the dosa again and place the prepared potato-paneer stuffing in the middle.
  • After this, fold the dosa and keep it in a plate and turn off the gas. Here your Paneer Masala Dosa is ready for breakfast.
