For stuffing of Schezwan Aloo Roll
-4 medium size boiled potatoes
-1/2 cup chopped capsicum
-1/4 cup chopped carrots
-2 tbsp chopped coriander
-2 tbsp schezwan sauce
-1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
-1/4 tsp turmeric powder
-1/2 tsp coriander powder
-1/2 tsp chaat masala
-Salt as per taste
-1 tbsp oil
To make Schezwan Aloo Roll
-2 cups wheat flour
-Salt as per taste
-1 tsp oil
-Water for kneading the dough
-Butter for applying on rolls
How to make Schezwan Potato Roll
To prepare the stuffing of Schezwan Potato Roll, first mash the boiled potatoes. After this, heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste and fry it. Now add chopped capsicum and carrot in the pan, fry for 3-4 minutes, add turmeric, coriander powder and chaat masala and also add mashed potatoes. Mix everything well. After this, add Schezwan sauce and green coriander, mix well and turn off the gas.
After this, to make Schezwan Potato Roll, add salt and a little oil to the flour and knead a soft dough with the help of water. After this, make small balls from the dough and roll them into thin rotis. Now lightly toast the roti on the pan and keep it aside.
