The players selected in the IPL 2025 mega auction will be contracted for a period of three years until the next mega auction. Whatever price the players will be selected, they will get it within a period of three years after paying taxes. Taking the example of Shreyas Iyer, after deducting tax from his Rs 26 crore 75 lakh, he will get only Rs 18 crore 72 lakh 50 thousand.
