To make Corn Pulao you will need
– Basmati rice
– American Corn
– Ghee or mustard oil
– Onion
– Ginger Garlic Paste
– Salt
– Green chilly
– Cumin
– Bay leaf
– black pepper
– cloves
– hot water
– green coriander
– lemon juice
– different colored capsicum
– grated coconut
How to make Corn Pulao
To make Corn Pulao, first wash the Basmati rice and soak it in water for at least 15-20 minutes. Then grind green chillies and coriander leaves and make a paste. Now take a pan and add olive oil in it. Then when the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, cloves, bay leaves, black pepper, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste. Then fry well and then add American corn. Now filter the rice and put it in the pan. Mix and then add some salt to hot water and cook for 15 minutes. When the rice is cooked, add lemon juice. At the end, add roasted capsicum of different colors. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut and then serve.
