'Missing Ladies' was selected from India for the 97th Academy Awards i.e. 'Oscar 2025'. India had sent the film 'Missing Ladies' for the Best International (Foreign) Film category. The committee selected 'Missing Ladies' from 29 films including Ranbir Kapoor's 'Animal', Kartik Aryan's 'Chandu Champion', Prabhas's 'Kalki 2898 AD', Malayalam film 'Attam', Rajkumar Rao's 'Srikanth'.
