If you want to make a tasty vegetable from peas, then make it by mixing it with mushrooms. Mushroom pea curry tastes amazing. You can make it easily at home. Here we are telling you how to make restaurant style pea mushroom curry. See-

To make mushroom matar sabzi you need-
– one cup mushrooms

– One cup fresh peas

– 4 medium tomatoes

– 2 medium sized onions

– 3 to 4 green chillies

– One teaspoon red chili powder

– one teaspoon turmeric powder

– Half teaspoon garam masala

– one spoon coriander powder

– 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste

– 4 tbsp oil

– Salt as per taste

– coriander leaves

How to make Mushroom Matar Ki Sabji
To make this vegetable, heat oil in a pan. Then add finely chopped onion and fry it well. Then add ginger-garlic paste in it. And fry well. Then add chopped tomatoes and green chillies into it. Mix well and then add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder to it. Now fry this masala until oil starts leaving the edges of the masala. Then add chopped mushrooms and peas to it. Mix well and fry for some time. Add water and salt in it, mix it and then add water as per requirement. When the peas become soft, cook the vegetable without the lid. When the vegetable is cooked well, add garam masala powder to it. Garnish it with coriander leaves. The vegetable is ready, serve it with paratha or roti.
