1. Dry the radish thoroughly

It is very important to keep this in mind while making radish pickle. Due to water in radish, the pickle can spoil quickly. -Before making pickle, wash and dry the radish thoroughly. Keep it in the sun to dry, only then its water will dry completely. Otherwise the pickle will get spoiled.

2. The spices should be right

Very few spices are used while making radish pickle. Therefore, the quantity of spices in this pickle should be right. Adding more or less spices can spoil the taste of pickle. Always use the right spices to make this pickle.

3. Keep an eye on the amount of oil

Royal K is used in radish pickle to preserve the pickle for a long time. In such a situation, this oil should be in sufficient quantity so that it can cover the radish. If there is less oil then fungus will start growing in it.

4. Make sure to add sunlight to the pickle

Do not store radish immediately after applying the spice. Leave it in the sun for some time so that its excess water gets removed. It should be kept in the sun for at least two to three days, otherwise it will rot.

5. Not mixing the pickle from time to time

Keep stirring or mixing the pickle regularly to give it a uniform taste. After mixing the spices, when you keep it in the sun, mix it well two to three times a day, so that the taste of the spices gets mixed well.
