When all the things are mixed well, add coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt and fry. When the masala is roasted well and starts releasing oil, add water to it and let it cook till it boils. When the gravy starts boiling well, add the koftas to it and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. After this turn off the gas flame. Now garnish with finely chopped green coriander and serve with roti, paratha or rice.
