Step 1- To make garlic chutney, first add one cup peanuts, 12 dry red chillies and one spoon cumin in a pan and fry till it becomes light golden.
Second step- Now add 12 garlic cloves, half teaspoon asafoetida, half teaspoon turmeric powder, salt and a little water in a mixer and grind everything.
Third Step- After this you have to put some oil in a pan and heat it. Add asafoetida and cumin seeds to hot oil.
Fourth step- Now add ground chutney in the pan. Don't forget to add half teaspoon lemon juice at the end.
