Ingredients to make Crispy Ladyfinger:

  1. Ladyfinger – 250 grams
  2. Gram flour – half cup
  3. Rice flour – half cup
  4. Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
  6. Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
  8. Chaat masala- 1/2 tsp
  9. lemon juice
  10. Oil – for frying
  11. Salt- as per taste

How to make Crispy Bhindi:

Step 1: To make crispy ladyfinger, first wash the ladyfinger and then dry it with a cloth. After this, cut the ladyfinger into big pieces and remove the seeds inside it. Now put the ladyfinger pieces in a vessel and add turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and chaat masala and mix well. After this, add one spoon lemon juice and salt as per taste in lady finger. – Now let the ladyfinger marinate for 10 minutes.

Second step: Now add gram flour and rice flour to the ladyfinger and mix well. Keep in mind that the ladyfinger pieces should have a good coating of gram flour and rice flour. Do not add any water to Bhindi otherwise it will become sticky.

Step 3: Now turn on the gas and heat oil in a pan on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, put the coated ladyfinger pieces in the pan and let it fry. Keep turning the ladyfinger in between. Keep the gas flame medium only. Fry the ladyfinger until it becomes crisp and golden. – After this take it out in a plate. Serve Crispy Ladyfinger
