MS Dhoni's house will be investigated, accused of violating rules, Housing Board gives 'red alert'

Jharkhand State Housing Board has initiated action against Dhoni for using his residence on Harmu Road for commercial purposes.

According to the board, using residential land for non-residential purposes is a violation of its rules. But the news of Dhoni starting a diagnostic center at his home in Harmu gained momentum. After which the board ordered an investigation. The board will investigate whether all this is happening as per the rules or against them. If investigation confirms that residential land is being used commercially then strict action can be taken.

The Chairman of the Board explained the law.

According to India Today, board chairman Sanjay Lal Paswan said that residential plots allotted by the board can be used only for residential purposes and any deviation from this will be considered illegal. Let us tell you that Dhoni no longer lives in that house.

Mahi shifted to the new house.

Dhoni has recently shifted to his new house located on Simlia Ring Road. Earlier, Mahi lived in a house located on Harmu Road. Reports suggest that a diagnostic lab has been set up at the old property, on which the Housing Board has taken action.
