If the combination of mushroom and peas is also very good, it is very easy to make, it takes us about 20-25 minutes to make it. - Mushroom-150 grams
- Peas (boiled peas) – 1 cup
- Onion (chopped onion)- 1
- Tomato – 2 tomatoes
- Oil – 4 spoons
- Cumin- 1/2 tsp
- Ginger (chopped ginger): 1/2 inch
- Garlic (chopped garlic)- 6-8
- Chopped green chillies – 3 pieces
- Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
- Cumin Powder (Comin Powder) – 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (Kashmiri Lal Mirch) – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala (Homemade Garam Masala) – 1/2 tsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Kasuri Mitthi (Dry Kasuri Mitthi) – 1/2 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup: 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves: 1/2 cup
First of all, put a pan on the gas and add oil in it, when the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds in it.
2. Then add chopped ginger, garlic and chilli and fry for some time.
3. Then add onion and cook for some time
4. After some time, add tomatoes and salt and mix.
5. Then cover it and cook for 2-3 minutes
6. Now add all the spices (coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli, turmeric) and then add kasoori methi by hand and fry for some time.
7. Now add tomato ketchup in it
8. Then add peas and green coriander and mix.
9. Then add some water to it and fry it for some time.
10. Then add water as per your taste and cover and cook for 5 minutes.
11. Then add mushrooms in it
12. Then add some water to it, mix it and cover again and cook for 4-5 minutes.
13. And our vegetable is ready
14. Now take it out in a serving bowl and serve it with hot puri, roti or rice.
