Garlic Chutney Ingredients
10-15 garlic cloves
one spoon red chilli
black salt
3-4 green chillies
finely chopped coriander
Turmeric
coarsely ground coriander powder
one spoon desi ghee
Lemon
Cumin
Asafoetida
Garlic Chutney Recipe
-First of all, peel the garlic cloves and wash them thoroughly.
-Dry all the water by placing it on a cloth.
-Now crush the garlic finely. Grind it in a grinder jar or grind it in a mortar and pestle. It tastes good.
-Now mix red chilli, black salt, turmeric and coarsely ground coriander powder in this ground garlic.
-Prepare the paste by adding some water.
-Add mustard oil or desi ghee in the pan.
-Add cumin and crackle and also add asafoetida.
-Now add finely chopped green chillies and fry for two seconds.
-Then add prepared garlic paste. Fry it until it leaves oil.
-Just turn off the gas flame.
-Add lemon juice and finely chopped green coriander and mix.
-Serve with roti, paratha and enjoy spicy garlic chutney.
