Sharing a video of a BE 6 and XEV 9E on X, Mahindra wished everyone a Merry Christmas. A Christmas tree was created with a total of 23 units of both the SUVs at the Mahindra SUV Proving Track (MSPT) in Chennai. After this, the party mode feature of these SUVs was started, which synchronizes the LED lights of the electric car with the music. At the end, jingle bell music was played and all these SUVs were seen sparkling with music in different colors. The party mode present in Mahindra BE 6 and XEV 9e EVs have LED headlights and DRLs at the front, LED taillights at the rear And the connected light bands turn on and off synchronously with the music. It looks like a light show. In this party mode, the special light film present on the sunroof of the car and the ambient light present in the interior are also synchronized.

Let us tell you that BE 6 was earlier introduced with the model name BE 6E, but after the launch, Indigo filed a trademark dispute. InterGlobe Aviation, which runs IndiGo airline, had claimed the '6e' trademark as its own. Due to this, Mahindra changed the name of the electric car to BE 6. Mahindra BE 6e has the option of battery pack of 59 kWh and 79 kWh capacity, which when combined with the electric motor, produces 231 PS and 286 PS power and 380 Nm peak torque respectively. Generate. It has rear-wheel drive. Its 59 kWh battery pack claims to give a range of 535 km and the 79 kWh pack claims to give a range of 682 km. Mahindra offers 7.2 kW and 11 kW AC charger options. The lower capacity charger takes 8.7 hours and 11.7 hours respectively to charge the 59 kWh and 79 kWh battery packs from zero to 100%. At the same time, with 11 kW charger, it will take 6 and 8 hours respectively to fully charge them.
