Features of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra leaked even before launch, you will get so much with 200MP camera and 16GB RAM

Mobile News Desk – Samsung is all set to launch the next generation Galaxy S-series smartphones at its Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22. Ahead of the launch, a reliable tipster has revealed some key specifications of the alleged Galaxy S25 Ultra model. It may be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Like the existing Galaxy S24 Ultra, the new model is likely to feature a Dynamic AMOLED 2X LTPO screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is also going to come with slightly higher wireless charging speeds than its predecessor.

WinFuture's Roland Quandt (@rquandt.bsky.social) has leaked the specifications of the Galaxy S24 Ultra successor on BlueSky. According to the post, the upcoming phone will feature a Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. The maximum brightness of the display can be 2600 nits.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and will be available in three RAM and storage configurations – 12GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB and 16GB+1TB. It is being said that it will come with 45W wired charging as well as 25W wireless charging support. This will be better than the 15W wireless charging speed offered by the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The alleged Galaxy S25 Ultra may measure 162.8×77.6×8.2 mm and weigh 219 grams. Let us tell you that, last year's model measured 162.3×79.0×8.6 mm and weighed 232 grams.

The Ultra model may come in seven color options
The Galaxy S25 Ultra models are rumored to be available in seven colors, including three online exclusive shades. It is said to have a quad rear camera setup, which includes a 200-megapixel primary camera, a 10-megapixel 3x telephoto camera, a 50-megapixel 5x telephoto camera and an upgraded 50-megapixel ultrawide camera. It may have a 5000mAh battery.

So many phones will be launched in the event
Samsung is holding its Unpacked event in San Jose on January 22 and pre-reservations are already live in India for the new Galaxy S-series phones. The teaser released by Samsung shows four devices next to each other, hinting that four Galaxy S25 models will be launched during the launch event. The new lineup may include the Samsung Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, Galaxy S25 Ultra, and a new Galaxy S25 Slim model. However, Samsung has not yet officially announced the names of the upcoming smartphones.
