No changes of any kind have been made in the engine of the new facelift Tiago. This car will get the same old 3 cylinder, 1.2L petrol engine which will be available with 5 speed manual and AMT gearbox. The new model will be presented at the India Mobility Global Expo 2025 to be held in January.

The new Tiago will get a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system which will support Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The car has a very good sound system. Tata Motors' new Tiago will directly compete with Maruti Celerio. The price of this car starts from Rs 5.36 lakh. Talking about the engine, Celerio has a 1.0 liter K10C petrol engine, which produces 65hp power and 89Nm torque. This engine comes with 5 speed manual and AMT gearbox. It has a dual VVT engine which consumes less fuel and gives more mileage with better performance. This car gives a mileage of 26km in one litre. For safety, the car has dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability. Features like Sporting Program (ESP), Hearted Platform, Brake Assist, Reverse Parking Sensor, Segment-First Hill-Hold Assist are provided.
