Xiaomi says the display supports up to seven refresh rates – 30 Hz, 48 Hz, 50 Hz, 60 Hz, 90 Hz, 120 Hz, and 144 Hz. The tablet is powered by a Snapdragon 870 chipset, paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It sports a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel camera on the front with a 105-degree field of view for selfies and video calling.

For powerful sound, the tablet has a quad speaker setup as well as Dolby Atmos support. Connectivity options available on the tab include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and a USB Type-C port. It has sensors like accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope and Hall sensor. The tab has an 8840mAh battery, which the company claims gives up to two days of battery life on a single charge. It supports 33W wired charging, which the company says can fully charge the tablet in 100 minutes.
