To make gram saag paratha you will need-
– gram greens
– Ginger
– Garlic
– Green chilly
– Turmeric
– Coriander
– chili
– Celery
– Salt
– Ghee
– wheat flour
How to make paratha
To make this paratha, peel the garlic and ginger thoroughly. Then sort the gram greens well and cut its leaves. Then wash these leaves. Now grind garlic, ginger and green chilli well and make a paste. Now take flour and then mix gram greens, salt, carom seeds, red chilli, coriander and turmeric in it well. Also add ginger-garlic paste to it. Now spread the dough and grease it with oil. Then take some dough and make paratha from it. Now put it on hot pan and fry it with ghee, turning it every now and then. You can serve this paratha with white butter.
