- 1/2 cup paneer mash
- 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup curd
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1 tsp ginger, chopped
- 1 green chilli, cut into pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red chilli
- oil for frying
How to Make Paneer Dahi Bhalla
- To make this, first take mashed cheese and boiled mashed potatoes in a bowl.
- Now after this add finely chopped green chilli, ginger, black pepper, red chilli and salt and mix well.
- After this, heat oil in a pan and make small balls of the prepared mixture and fry them till they turn golden brown and keep them aside.
- Take curd in a vessel, add salt, cumin powder and powdered sugar in it, mix well and pour it over the prepared Bhalla.
- After this, add tamarind chutney, pomegranate seeds and a pinch of red chilli and it is ready to serve.
