Material
Grated carrots – 100 grams
Rice- 1 tablespoon (soaked in water)
Dry fruits- as per requirement
Milk- 500 ml
Cardamom powder- 1 teaspoon
Condensed milk- as per requirement
Method
1. First soak the rice in water.
2. After this, peel and grate the carrots.
3. Fry chopped dry fruits of your choice in a little ghee in a pan.
4. Take it out and add grated carrots in the same pan and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
5. After this add milk and cook while stirring continuously.
6. Now grind the soaked rice coarsely and add it to the carrot milk mixture.
7. Cook it until it becomes thick and creamy.
8. Now add some cardamom powder and condensed milk
9. Mix it and garnish with fried dry fruits.
10. Now your kheer is ready, you can eat it both cold and hot.
